“This spring marks five years since TFI Vitaler Groen treated our heritage linden trees in Tienray to treat and prevent future aphid infestations. Since the treatment, residents report noticeably less aphid-related nuisances such as sap residue.

The first months following the treatment, the trees were busy re-building their resistance and resiliency. Within the first year, we experienced a sharp decrease in the number of complaints per year we normally receive. In recent years, we have even had no complaints reported!  The monumental linden trees, despite recently extremely dry summers we have experienced, are looking beautiful.

In short, the Gemeente is truly convinced that the TFI-Method has contributed to the improved vitality of these iconic linden tree stands and to the reduction in aphid-related nuisances, thereby guaranteeing the preservation of the trees for many years to come.”
